Hello, my name is Rachel, and I’m an assistant educator at Little Lotus Learning and a college student pursuing my associate's degree. 

While my career path may not lead directly to education, I have a deep passion for watching children grow, learn, and thrive. I firmly believe that creativity is essential to a child’s development.

Though I didn’t always enjoy school growing up and didn’t always learn the same way as others, art and creativity helped me make sense of the world. This is why I’m so passionate about working in an environment where children can express themselves freely and learn in ways that resonate with them. My goal is to ensure that every child feels seen, heard, and empowered to learn in their own distinctive way.

I am currently working towards Early Childhood Education certifications.
